Steven
M. Pustay, P. E.
 Mr.
Pustay joined MV Engineering Company in 1994. Previously,
he was a mechanical engineer with the General Electric Corporation,
working in the area of jet engine exhaust nozzle design. In
his seven years with MV Engineering Company, Mr. Pustay has
been responsible for over 700 engineering investigations and
has testified by trial or deposition on approximately 45 occasions
as of mid-2001. He has attended seminars regarding various
aspects of vehicular accident reconstruction and the analysis
of motor vehicle fires. Mr. Pustay is a registered professional
engineer in four states and is a member of SAE, ASME and NAPARS
(National Association of Professional Accident Reconstruction
